VDI and Studio C are committed to providing a reliable, high quality network to support our customers. However, in the event of a network outage due to a cause within the VDI network and that exceeds 6 contiguous hours, eligible customers may request one full week of credit for Internet services. The maximum credit we will apply is $300.00 per month, and this offer is limited to a once a calendar month. “6 continuous hours” means six unbroken sequence of 60 minutes of network outage within VDI Network. The VDI Network does not include equipment located on the customer premise whether or not provided by VDI or Studio C, telephone circuits between a Peering point and the Customer location, or any networks or network equipment not owned or controlled by VDI or Studio C.
